ABOUT / CHI SIAMO

The Fooders was born from an intuition of Marco e Francesca Barreca Baccanelli as a live cooking performance, in order to condense cooking, music and graphic in the same performative act. The Fooders has then transformed into a real working team that deals with food design, food production, and events.
We are two italian chefs and first of all we work on food.
As we love music and arts, we love to stay in the kitchen but also stand out of it. We illustrate the most of our recipes and menus, and we usually take photos of our creations by ourselves. We started in 2006 with some live cooking performances in Italy, with wich we created a project called “The Gastronauts Italian Project” (live cooking on stage, together with the dj)
Now the project has developed. We still like to perform on stages, but we’ve improved our skills. We project packaging and edible installations. In Italy we were the first to join the underground dinners movement. In this blog you can follow our activities, read some recipes and little articles about restaurants, street food corners and more. We’re sorry but for now there’s only an italian version of the website!
